Criminal Mess Around and Find Out in Upcoming Horror Vampire Flick ‘Abigail’

I love horror movies, but there’s a particular delight I get going into them knowing they are going to be absolutely hilarious and ridiculous. Producers from “Ready or Not” and the “Scream” franchise are behind the upcoming vampire horror flick “Abigail” and that tells me all I need to know. I’m going to LOVE this movie.

In “Abigail,” a group of criminals mess around and find out when they kidnap the ballerina daughter of a powerful underworld figure. Held up in an isolated mansion and locked inside they soon discover the innocent looking ballerina is a vicious vampire. Directed by Matt Bettinelli-Olpin and Tyler Gillett and written by Stephen Shields and Guy Busick, Giancarlo Esposito, Melissa Barrera, Dan Stevens, Kathryn Newton, William Catlett, Kevin Durand, Angus Cloud, and Alisha Weir star in the film.

“Abigail” comes to theaters on April 19, 2024.
