Some Love Needs To Be Torn Apart in The ‘Together’ Official Trailer starring Dave Franco and Alison Brie

Body horror is a subgenre I don’t watch a lot of. Not that I get easily creeped out by it, but I think I just don’t gravitate towards the plots, but the upcoming Michael Shanks written & directed film “Together” starring Alison Brie and Dave Franco has me intrigued.

In “Together,” Franco and Brie play Tim and Millie who have found themselves at a crossroad years into their relationship. They move to the country to abandon everything that is familiar to them and tension goes into overdrive when they have a nightmarish encounter with an unnatural force that threatens to corrupt their lives, their love, and their flesh. I’m getting a sense that this film will be a metaphor for co-dependency really showcasing the dark side of it and I think it will really lean into gore with Tim and Millie literally having to rip themselves apart from one another. I’m digging this already.
