Thanks to Leslie Knope and season 2, episode 16 of Parks and Recreation, the Galentine’s Day unofficial, but official holiday was born. The day before the day of love is reserved for girlfriends to celebrate girlfriends whether you met as kids, bonded at school, grew close at work, or are linked by blood.
