TV Trailer: The ‘Tell Me Lies’ Season 2 Official Trailer Teases More Stephen Drama

Hulu’s hidden gem Tell Me Lies returns for its second season and from the official trailer it looks like Stephen will be up to his same toxic shenanigans.

Based on the book by Carola Lovering, Tell Me Lies follows the toxic and intoxicating relationship of Lucy Albright (Grace Van Patten) and Stephen DeMarco (Jackson White) over the course of 8 years from the moment they meet in college to their reunion later in adulthood. The first season premiered in 2022 and showed the ups and downs in their relationship along with other drama in their friend group.

The new season picks up when Lucy and Stephen return to Baird college, “at odds after their breakup and trapped in a new version of their volatile dynamic. The story also dives deeper into the friend group, as the fallout from Season 1 reverberates in unexpected ways.”

Catherine Missal, Spencer House, Sonia Mena, Branden Cook, Alicia Crowder, Gabriella Pession, and Natalee Linez return with Tom Ellis, Katherine Hughes, Thomas Doherty, Jacob Rodriguez joining the cast.

Can Lucy evade Stephen’s charms for an entire season? Tell Me Lies season 2 premieres on Hulu on September 4, 2024 with two episodes followed by new weekly episodes.
