Ryan Gosling returned to Saturday Night Live over the weekend to host the live sketch comedy series for the third time with musical guest Chris Stapleton. Ryan opened the show with a monologue trying to say goodbye to his 2023 “Barbie” character Ken and was later joined by his “The Fall Guy” co-star Emily Blunt, but Ken Kan never die.
Anytime Ryan is on SNL he has a hard time keeping it together and becomes overcome with the giggles and breaking character. The only time he managed to keep it together was during the pre recorded sketches and I wonder how many takes it took him to get through those. The “Beavis and Butt-Head” sketch was the one of the most popular of the evening and pretty much no one could keep it together for that one.
