Actor and producer Jerrod Carmichael hosted the 2023 Golden Globe Awards live from The Beverly Hilton in California on Tuesday, January 10. The three-hour telecast celebrated the best in television and film with Ryan Murphy and Eddie Murphy each taking home special honors.
The 80th Golden Globe Awards was also a major night for first-time nominees that became first-time Globe winners. Ke Huy Quan, Zendaya, Quinta Brunson, Tyler James Williams, Jennifer Coolidge, Evan Peter, Jeremy Allen White, Austin Butler, Michelle Yeoh, and Paul Walter Hauser were a few of the first-time winners of the night.
