Our internet boyfriend is growing up and taking on more adult roles and I for one am very happy to watch the evolution of Noah Centineo‘s career. He’s a forever bae.
In The Recruit, not to be confused with the 2003 film starring Al Pacino and Colin Farrell, Centineo stars as Owen Hendricks, a young lawyer who just landed a job working at the CIA. He soon becomes “enmeshed in dangerous international power politics when a former asset threatens to expose the nature of her long-term relationship with the agency unless they exonerate her of a serious crime.”
The 8 episode action series was created by Alexi Hawley and also stars Vondie Curtis-Hall, Laura Haddock, Colton Dunn, Aarti Mann, Fivel Stewart, Katharine King So, and Victor Andres Turgeon-Trelles. The Recruit streams on Netflix on Friday, December 16.
