Ana de Armas Looks Remarkable as Marilyn Monroe in Netflix’s ‘Blonde’ Official Trailer

Ana de Armas’ transformation into Marilyn Monroe for Netflix’s upcoming film “Blonde” has been striking to say the less, but seeing the full fleshed-out trailer has me memorized for the potential performance de Armas will give this fall.

“Blonde” will be a “fictionalized chronicle of the inner life of Marilyn Monroe” based on the novel Blonde by Joyce Carol Oates. Adrien Brody, Bobby Cannavale, Xavier Samuel, and Julianne Nicholson are all featured in the Andrew Dominik directed film.

The official trailer features de Armas in many of Monroe’s iconic roles like “Gentlemen Prefer Blondes,” “Some Like It Hot,” and “The Seven Year Itch” along with memorable moments from her life. “Blonde” premieres on Netflix on Wednesday, September 28.
