Sandra Bullock and Viola Davis Shine In ‘The Unforgivable’ Trailer

Movie lovers are already screaming award show buzz for Sandra Bullock and Viola Davis after seeing a heated scene between the Oscar winners in the official trailer for “The Unforgivable.”

Bullock stars as Ruth Slater, a woman who is released from prison after serving time for a violent crime and is trying to acclimate herself in a society that is making it hard for her to move on from the past. Ruth is also trying to find her estranged sister who she was forced to leave behind since going to jail. The film looks like it will pose the question of how to treat former inmates. Can they be welcomed back into society after serving time with no judgement or will a dark cloud always follow them?

Vincent D’Onofrio, Jon Bernthal, Richard Thomas, Linda Emond, Aisling Franciosi, and Rob Morgan all appear in “The Unforgivable” in select theaters on November 24 and streaming on Netflix on December 10.
