Netflix’s Upcoming Series ‘The Stranger’ Makes Us Question The Closest People Around Us

Imagine all your deepest secrets being revealed by someone who doesn’t even know you. How could that possibly happen? A new Netflix Original Series will explore just that.

Based on the 2015 international best-selling novel by New York crime writer Harlan Coben, The Stranger asks the question – how well do we know the people that are closest to us? Richard Armitage, Jennifer Saunders, Siobhan Finneran and Hannah John-Kamen star in the eight episode thriller coming to the streaming service at the end of the month.

In the trailer audiences meet a family of four (parents and two boys). The seemingly ideal family has some secrets and when a stranger exposes them that’s when the action starts to happen. One thing to know about me is that I love a BBC (British Broadcasting Corporation) series or film; especially if it’s a thriller. I mean did y’all SEE The Fall? Amazing. So I’m all over this show.

The Stranger streams on Netflix January 30.
