Keep One Eye Open Sleeping At Camp Redwood – ‘American Horror Story: 1984’ Trailer

This year FX’s beloved series American Horror Story is extra special for me because the 9th season comes out on my birthday!

Back in April the theme for the upcoming season of AHS was revealed to be 1984. Additional details about the season included cast members like: Emma Roberts, Billie Lourd, Leslie Grossman, Cody Fern, and John Carroll Lynch returning with DeRon Horton, Gus Kenworthy, Angelica Ross, Zach Villa, and Matthew Morrison as new additions. AHS: 1984 will center around Camp Redwood and of course a killer on the loose.

Immediately I thought of 1980’s slasher films “Sleepaway Camp” when the theme was announced and the official trailer for AHS season 9 is just that. I think we can expect a full on ’80’s, campy horror thrill ride in the new season. As a devoted AHS fan I will see this one through even without series vets Sarah Paulson and Evan Peters lacking their presence.

AHS: 1984 premieres Wednesday, September 18th on FX.
