Streaming services are obviously the wave of the future. We are living in an era where we want to consume content immediately and in binge watching form. Disney is just one of the huge companies taking on the streaming world by creating their own network catered towards original and nostalgic content with Disney+.

For $6.99 a month/$69.99 yearly, viewers can “stream more for less.” Thousands of movies and TV shows will be available early November from Disney, Pixar, Marvel, Star Wars, and National Geographic brands.

I am a sucker for Disney! Of course it reminds me of my childhood having grown up watching programs on The Disney Channel and many of the films are in top list ’til this day. I wasn’t overly convinced about spending money on another subscription, but after the recent D23 Expo I was proved otherwise.

D23 Expo is a huge event where media and Disney super fans alike gather to get first looks at what’s to come for The Walt Disney Company. Since Disney+ is the major topic dujour exclusive announcements were revealed about what’s to come. Emma Stone as a punk rock Cruella de Vil for the live-action movie dropped. A look at the “Lady and the Tramp” live action film was shared as well as a new holiday film starring Anna Kendrick and Bill Hader. Both will be available exclusively to stream. A Lizzie McGuire reboot is the works with Hillary Duff returning as the title character and a bunch of Marvel deets were announced like: the date of the sequel to “Black Panther,” Kit Harington joining MCU, a Star Wars series, and more. Not too interested in the Marvel stuff, but everything else…I’m IN!

Disney+ starts streaming on November 12th

Check out a few trailers of what’s to come at Disney+ along with the official trailer teasing all the magic coming to the streaming service in the clips below. Are you signing up for Disney+?
