One thing to know about me is that I love “Clue!” The movie, the board game, the app, I.LOVE.CLUE. So when a film or television program comes out that centers around a “Whodunnit” premise I’m all in.

The Rian Johnson directed/written film “Knives Out” features an all-star cast such as: Daniel Craig, Chris Evans, Ana De Armas, Jamie Lee Curtis, Toni Collette, Don Johnson, Michael Shannon, LaKeith Stanfield, Katherine Langford, Noah Segan, Edi Patterson, Riki Lindhome, Jaeden Martell, and Christopher Plummer with the viewers trying to discover who killed the patriarch of an eclectic family.

Everyone is a suspect in the first trailer for the film that is giving me modern, more raunchy “Clue,” because if you know “Clue” there are many subtle raunchy moments, but “Knives Out” is putting it all out there. During crime novelist Harlan Thrombey (Plummer) 85th birthday celebration he meets his demise, then Detective Benoit Blanc (Craig) is sent in to investigate. The “stylish” film is said to keep viewers guessing until the very end.

A great marketing aspect to this film is the ability to text ‘Whodunnit’ to 94200 to give you a first hand scoop of the suspense that’s going to unfold. I already sent a text to the number and I’m fully engaged. Can you solve the mystery? “Knives Out” hits theaters November 27, 2019.
