Just to think back in 2017 the idea of waiting until 2019 for the final season of Game of Thrones seemed far-fetched, but now on this glorious January 14th we are officially 3 months away from the season 8 premiere and fans are pitching their theories after the latest teaser.
The Crypts of Winterfell are on full display in the newly released teaser with mainly all of the remaining Stark family: Jon Snow (Kit Harington), Sansa Stark (Sophie Turner), and Arya Stark (Maisie Williams). Voice overs from the dearly departed Starks (Eddard, Catelyn, and Lyanna) are heard as Jon, Sansa, and Arya make their way through the Crypts only to be iced over. Winter is here! The teaser also finally revealed the premiere date coming mid April.
Fans are now speculating since Sansa and Arya’s tombs in the crypt look close to their current age then they will not survive the upcoming season and let me tell you something, I will write a STRONGLY worded letter to the folks over at GOT for my medical bill.
Game of Thrones season 8 premieres April 14th on HBO.
