Late night talk show host Jimmy Kimmel turned the big 5-0 earlier this week and got some major love for his birthday with a super-sized episode of his show all dedicated to him. Celebs like Ray Romano, Ben Affleck, J.J. Abrams, and Adam Sandler stopped by the show to present Kimmel with special gifts. This special “Mean Tweets” package was a gift for the viewing audience though.

On Jimmy Kimmel Live there’s a segment where Kimmel gets his guests to read mean comments sent to them via Twitter for “Mean Tweets.” This time the tables have been turned as celebs read means tweets about Jimmy for his birthday.

Romano along with Michael Keaton, Halle Berry, Anthony Anderson, Howard Stern, David Spade, Chris Hemsworth, Kristen Bell, Jon Stewart, Tracy Morgan, Amy Schumer, Liam Neeson, Larry David, Mike Tyson, Jeff Bridges, Zach Galifianakis, Kim Kardashian West, Stephen Colbert, Jennifer Lawrence, David Letterman and Will Ferrell all read tweets about Jimmy. No one got more of a kick out of this than Larry David. So much so that the show created a video of outtakes with the tweets he had to choose from.
