New Song: Kanye West Releases “Only One” Featuring Paul McCartney [AUDIO]

To start off the new year in a big way, Kanye West released a new track dedicated to his mother and daughter North West called “Only One featuring Paul McCartney.

The heartwarming song is written from the perspective of Kanye West’s late mother Donda West, who died in 2007 from complications from surgery. On the track Donda talks to West about his daughter “Nori” and comforting him about always being in his life. It’s very emotional and touching.

Kim Kardashian West shared her feelings about the new Kanye West track on Instagram. She used the cover art for the single as the uploaded image with the caption, “Everyone asks me what my favorite Kanye song is. It’s Only One. Kanye felt like his mom was singing thru him to our daughter. This song makes me cry every time I hear it.
