Some of the greatest ladies in the music industry gathered at New York City’s Cipriani Wall Street for the 2014 Billboard Women in Music Awards on Friday, December 12.

Aretha Franklin, Jessie J, Taylor Swift, Ariana Grande, Idina Menzel, Hayley Williams, Iggy Azalea and Charli XCX all appeared on Billboard’s Women in Music power list and were honored during the celebration.

Of course Beyoncé was in attendance because what’s a music party without Bey?
