“Welcome Home CB!” read the banner that welcomed home “Loyal” singer Chris Brown from his stint in jail.
The 25-year-old music artist celebrated his release with family and friends in Los Angeles on Thursday. Brown’s girlfriend Karrueche Tran was attendance, along with Brown’s famous friends like T-Pain, Tyga and Big Sean.
Everyone seemed to be in good spirits to see Chris Brown out of orange, even though it’s the new black, at his party. There was music, laughs and a big kiss from Karrueche for Chris.
Chris Brown was in custody since March, after being kicked out of court-ordered treatment. In early May he was sentenced in an L.A. court to serve an additional 131 days in jail for violating his probation relating to the Rihanna assault case.
Originally Brown was set to remain in custody for a year but was granted some leniency with a judge granting him time served based on the 116 days he spent in rehab and 59 days he was in jail prior. Luckily, he was released early but still faces charges for an altercation he was accused of in Washington, D.C. That trail will take place in a few months.
Glad you’re home Chris! I hope you stay here, stay out of trouble and put out some good music.
