The musical duo Macklemore and Ryan Lewis pretty much are one in the same. But while many people can immediately recognize and tell you what Macklemore does, people have a little more trouble describing what Ryan Lewis does for the rapping group or what he even looks like.
On The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon that simple concept was put to the test. Fallon sent Ryan Lewis out to the streets of New York, in no disguise mind you, to ask music fans questions about himself.
Even with a photo of the “Same Love” artists being shown to unsuspecting participants of the show, they took a while to realize who Ryan Lewis was.
