The original life-size Barbie is back!
Tyra Banks confirmed a sequel to “Life-Size” is definitely happening and could be out as early as later this year.
Banks spoke with Digital Spy to promote her Special K Fight Fat campaign but revealed some dish on the anticipated project.
“I have a meeting today to go over the script!,” she said. “I swear! I don’t think it’ll be out until probably 2015, but I’m guessing – it could be late 2014 or 2015. But it will be back – Life-Size will be back, better than ever.”
She continued, “I can’t [tell you anything] unfortunately. I’m under contract with Disney and I can’t talk about it at all, except that it’s coming. But it will be very different, very different. Very modern – a modern take.”
“Life-Size” is the 2000 Disney film starring Lindsay Lohan as Casey Stuart, a widower’s daughter. Missing her mother, she attempts to bring her back to life but instead brings to life popular doll, Eve (Banks).
