Confirmation hit the media circuit today that actress Rose McGowan is engaged to her artist boyfriend Davey Detail.

You may know Rose from Charmed but I fell in love with her after she played the original mean girl Courtney Shayne from “Jawbreaker.”

The couple has been dating since last year and shared their gratitude for all the well wishes on their engagement on Twitter by posting a photo of themselves giving “fish kisses” with the caption, “Thanks all for your good wishes! Fish faces for you all!”
