And the plot thickens in the Reese Witherspoon arrest story!

Thanks to the persistent and always clever folks over at TMZ, actual police videos from the night Reese Witherspoon and her husband Jim Toth were arrested in Atlanta last month has surfaced.

In the videos, Reese is showed saying my new catch phrase, “This is beyond,” and being scolded by her hubby for basically doing too much. I think this situation is so funny over how hard Reese went! She was not going to get arrested without a fight. With lines like, “He does not have jurisdiction over the ground that he speaks on” and “I’m an America citizen,” I mean can somebody get a Funny Or Die video going about this! It’s classic Hollywood. I think I love Reese Witherspoon MORE now! As long as she didn’t throw the race card, we cool.

Reese Witherspoon has since pleaded no contest to the charges she is facing after her arrest while her husband Jim Toth pleaded guilty to driving under the influence.
