Man oh man how time flies! It seems just yesterday Beyoncé Knowles-Carter was “pregnant” with her daughter Blue Ivy Carter and now her one-year-old looks about ready to strut out her mother’s arms and do the “Single Ladies” dance.

Mrs. Cater was spotted in the Brooklyn borough of New York City grabbing a bite at Buttermilk Channel with her number one girl, Blue Ivy. The “Bow Down/I Been On” singer rocked an all black look including a hooded winter coat, black shades and a high slicked bun. While baby Blue kept it super casual in Timberland boots and a camouflage jacket.

Jay-Z and Bey are sure making their baby out to be a major fashionista. Even though we can BARELY see; how cute is that little, wittle face that Blue Ivy has?
