The British Are Coming: The Wanted Edition

Greetings poppets! I present to you this week’s British Invasion post focusing on boyband, The Wanted. Yes, while I am a diehard One Direction fan, I still like to educate on the other talents that are coming out the UK! With their new E! show premiering June 2, they’re ready to show America what they’ve really got.

Aptly named “The Wanted Life“, the show will focus on the Tom, Siva, Nathan, Jay and Max’s experience moving out to LA to work and tackle the pop music charts, a la fellow Brits, girlband The Saturdays. It will show ups and downs of the group, highlighting exciting things such as the video shoot for “Walks Like Rihanna” and a White House visit. It also will show how they balance being single and famous, as well as serious matters like when Nathan needs emergency throat surgery.

Max says that he’s expecting to “learn a lot about himself” while watching the show and hopes that fans will see the true friendship the lies within the band. Count me in! For a sneak peek on these 5 hotties’ adventures, check out the trailer for “The Wanted Life” below! Cheers mates!
