Kylie Bunbury (Under The Dome, Twisted, Tut) and the cast of the upcoming FOX drama Pitch have begun filming the pilot. The series is written by Dan Fogelman and Rick Singer under the direction of Paris Barclay. It will follow Bunbury’s character Ginny, a young female pitcher who defies the odds when she becomes the first woman to play in the major leagues. No further plot line has been revealed at the time.

On Instagram, Bunbury and one of her co-stars Ali Larter (Heroes, Legends) shared a selfie from the first day of filming. Larter captioned the photo, “1st day of shooting #pitch @kyliebunbury not only has a killer arm, I swear she has a golden light glowing inside her!” Bunbury used the same photo with the caption, “First day shooting #Pitch⚾️ with the stunning @therealalil I can’t stop staring at her 😍”
