You can’t keep a final girl down. Neve Campbell returns to the “Scream” franchise in the new installment coming to theaters next year and this time she has a very personal reason to take Ghostface down.
In “Scream 7,” a new Ghostface killer emerges in the quiet town Sidney Prescott (Campbell) has built with her daughter (Isabel May), but her new life is put in jeopardy when her darkest fears are realized when Sidney’s daughter becomes Ghostface’s next target. Facing the new masked killer, Sidney must put an end to the bloodshed once and for all.
Familiar “Scream” franchise names like Courteney Cox, Jasmin Savoy Brown, Mason Gooding, David Arquette, Scott Foley, and Matthew Lillard are returning to the new film and with a few of these actor’s characters dead it’ll be interesting to see how they will show back up in the franchise. Anna Camp, Joel McHale, Mckenna Grace, Jimmy Tatro, Celeste O’Connor, Mark Consuelos, and Timothy Simons are slated to join “Scream 7.”
“Scream 7” comes to theaters February 27, 2026. Watch the official trailer in the clip below.
