Why Is ‘Him’ Getting Slammed? – ‘Him’ Movie Review

The new psychological horror film from Justin Tipping have been getting mixed reviews, but is the movie as bad as some say?

In “Him” rising football star Cameron Cade (Tyriq Withers) suffers a potential career ending injury on the eve of a very important scouting event. He suddenly receives a call with the opportunity to train with his childhood football hero Isaiah White (Marlon Wayans) at his secluded compound he shares with his celebrity influencer wife, Elsie White (Julia Fox), but as Isaiah’s charm wears off, something darker is revealed and Cameron spirals down a twisted rabbit hole. The premise for the film was interesting enough to get me in the theaters but there were many who slammed “Him.” Find out why and my thoughts of the movie in the clip below.
