Emma Stone and Jesse Plemons Team Up With Yorgos Lanthimos Again in ‘Bugonia’ [MOVIE TRAILER]

Emma Stone and Jesse Plemons are shaping up to be the ideal duo when it comes to a Yorgos Lanthimos film. This will be Stone’s fourth time working with Yorgos and Plemons’ second and as always Yorgos is offering up an interesting story for movie going audiences.

In “Bugonia,” Emma plays Michelle, a high-powered CEO of a major company who is kidnapped by two conspiracy-obsessed young men (Jesse and Aidan Delbis) that are convinced that she is an alien intent on destroying planet Earth. The trailer stylistically aligns with previous work from Yorgos and is on brand with the tone of films he does, so consider me sat for this one. Alicia Silverstone also stars in the movie.
