Horror Movies 2025: A Roster For Films Now Through Spooky Season & Beyond

One thing to know about Glambergirlblog is that horror is beloved over here. Lucky for me and my fellow horror lovers we don’t have to wait until Spooky Season to tap into the genre. All year long there are a slew of films that are released to warm the hearts of those who like to tap into the fear and thrills those type of films bring. Since we are at the top of the year though there are a few horror films that haven’t announced its release dates or dropped any trailers. But there are a few coming out this month and in the early half of the year that have given first looks. If there are no trailers then at least we have an idea of when they are coming. Keep in mind, these are theatrical releases only included in this list, so if I’m missing some of your anticipated films let me know in the comments.

“Wolf Man” – January 17

Synopsis: A family at a remote farmhouse is attacked by an unseen animal, but as the night stretches on, the father begins to transform into something unrecognizable

“Presence” – January 24

“Companion” – January 31

Synopsis: A billionaire’s death sets off a chain of events for Iris and her friends during a weekend trip to his lakeside estate.

“Heart Eyes” – February 7

Synopsis: For the past several years, the “Heart Eyes Killer” has wreaked havoc on Valentine’s Day by stalking and murdering romantic couples. This Valentine’s Day, no couple is safe.

“The Monkey” – February 21
