What would you do if you knew ahead of time how long you had before a serial killer planned to make you his next victim? In the the upcoming Netflix thriller “Don’t Move” a woman doesn’t have long before her window closes.
Directed by Brian Netto & Adam Schindler with the script by T.J. Cimfel & David White, “Don’t Move” stars Kelsey Asbille as Iris, a woman who finds herself alone in the forests of Big Sur and must escape a serial killer with just 20 minutes before her body shuts down. The killer, I’m assuming is Finn Wittrock, who also stars in the film as Richard, has administered a “special relaxant” that will give Iris 20 minutes until she’s compelety paralyzed.
At minute one her fine motor skills begin to go, at ten minutes her legs will begin to tingle, 15 minutes will have her legs give out all together, at 18 minutes she’ll experience labored breathing and before everything shuts down her voice will go. That’s a nightmare! But with the running time of the film before a little over a hour and a half, I wonder how the breakdown of the 20 minutes will be? Will we see it happen consecutively or will it break away with flashbacks or something.
“Don’t Move” streams October 25 on Netflix.
