The New ‘Beetlejuice Beetlejuice’ Trailer Previews a Fight with the Dead

You know things are bad when you need the help of Beetlejuice to save the day. The “Beetlejuice Beetlejuice” official trailer 2 has been released showing off more footage and giving more insight into the plot.

From the mind of Tim Burton comes the follow up film to the 1988 classic with Winona Ryder, Michael Keaton, and Catherine O’Hara reprising their roles. The official synopsis reads, “After an unexpected family tragedy, three generations of the Deetz family return home to Winter River. Still haunted by Beetlejuice, Lydia’s life is turned upside down when her rebellious teenage daughter, Astrid, discovers the mysterious model of the town in the attic and the portal to the Afterlife is accidentally opened. With trouble brewing in both realms, it’s only a matter of time until someone says Beetlejuice’s name three times and the mischievous demon returns to unleash his very own brand of mayhem.”

Jenna Ortega, Justin Theroux, Monica Bellucci, Arthur Conti, and Willem Dafoe have joined the cast with the film coming to theaters September 6, 2024.
