‘Only Murders in the Building’ Heads to Hollywood in The Season 4 Teaser

Hulu’s Emmy-winning series Only Murders in the Building is leaving New York and heading to Hollywood for the fourth season coming to the streaming service in late August.

Steve Martin, Martin Short, and Selena Gomez return as the beloved amateur podcasting trio Charles, Oliver and Mabel who finds themselves solving another murder and having their now infamous podcast potentially being turned in a film.

Much like previous seasons, the ending sets up the murder that will be investigated in the new season. At the end of season 3 Charles’ stunt double and friend Sazz Pataki (Jane Lynch) was shot and killed by a sniper in Charles’s apartment. Viewers don’t know if she was the intended target or Charles since she was dressed similar to him at the time of her death. The investigation takes the trio to Hollywood and back to New York as they try to solve the crime.

Da’vine Joy Randolph, Michael Cyril Creighton and Meryl Streep will reprise their roles with Eugene Levy, Eva Longoria, Zach Galifianakis, Melissa McCarthy, Molly Shannon, Richard Kind, and Kumail Nanjiami appearing in guest starring roles.

The season 4 premiere of Only Murders in the Building comes to Hulu on August 27.
