Prime Video’s soon to be released film “The Idea of You,” based on the Robinne Lee acclaimed novel of the same name, follows Solène Marchand (played by Anne Hathaway), a 40-year-old mother, who meets and falls in love with Hayes Campbell (played Nicholas Galitzine), a member of August Moon – the hottest boy band with Oliver (Raymond Cham Jr.), Adrain (Jaiden Anthony), Simon (Viktor White) and Rory (Dakota Adan) rounding out the group.
Leading up to the release of the film, songs from the soundtrack featuring August Moon has been released written by Grammy-nominated songwriter/producer Savan Kotecha and there hasn’t been a miss yet. The latest track “Taste” is an upbeat ditty about spending time with a special someone and wanting more. Nicholas Galitzine can be heard on pretty much all the tracks on the soundtrack and his voice is really great and fits the boy band vibe.
Other songs that will appear on the soundtrack are “Dance Before We Walk,” “Closer,” “Guard Down,” “The Idea of You,” and “Go Rogue.”
“The Idea of You” streams Thursday, May 2 on Prime Video and the official soundtrack releases the same day.
