The First Teaser For Yorgos Lanthimos’ ‘Kinds of Kindness’ Has Released

Yorgos Lanthimos and Emma Stone are the partnership that keeps giving. Having already worked together on the 2018 film “The Favourite” and the 2023 film “Poor Things,” which earned Emma her second Academy Award, the pair have teamed up again in the upcoming comedy drama “Kinds of Kindness.”

Written by Lanthimos and Efthimis Filippou, “Kinds of Kindness” is slated as “a triptych fable, following a man without choice who tries to take control of his own life; a policeman who is alarmed that his wife who was missing-at-sea has returned and seems a different person; and a woman determined to find a specific someone with a special ability, who is destined to become a prodigious spiritual leader.” It sounds like it’s giving exactly what film lovers have come to expect from Yorgos. I’m into it.

Along with Stone, Jesse Plemons, Willem Dafoe, Margaret Qualley, Hong Chau, Joe Alwyn, Mamoudou Athie, and Hunter Schafer will appear in the film.
