A Twisted Investigation of A Missing Girl Is The Central Plot of Hulu’s ‘Under the Bridge’

Rebecca Godfrey’s 2005 book “Under the Bridge” has been turned into a Hulu series releasing next month and the official trailer teases what’s to come with Riley Keough, Vritika Gupta, and Lily Gladstone starring.

Based on a true story that took place in 1997, Under the Bridge tracks the events surrounding the murder of fourteen-year-old Reena Virk (Vritika Gupta) by eight of her peers through the eyes of Godfrey (Riley Keough) and a local police officer (Lily Gladstone). The 8 episode series is slated to takes us “into the hidden world of the young girls accused of the murder — revealing startling truths about the unlikely killer.”

Created by Quinn Shephard, Archie Panjabi, Matt Craven, Javon ‘Wanna’ Walton, Nadia Liebig, Arta Negahban, Izzy G., Chloe Guidry, Aiyana Goodfellow, and Ezra Faroque Khan will also appear in Under the Bridge coming to Hulu on April 17, 2024.
