The ‘Beetlejuice Beetlejuice’ Official Teaser Trailer Is Everything To Get You Excited For The Sequel

The juice is loose and lovers of the 1988 film “Beetlejuice” couldn’t be more excited for the long awaited sequel.

On Thursday, Warner Bros. Pictures released the official teaser trailer for “Beetlejuice Beetlejuice.” Creative visionary Tim Burton is back at the helm as director of the sequel with Michael Keaton, Catherine O’Hara, and Winona Ryder back as Beetlejuice, Delia Deetz, and Lydia Deetz. Jenna Ortega appears in the film as Astrid, Lydia’s daughter, and Monica Bellucci as Beetlejuice’s wife. Willem Dafoe, Arthur Conti, and Justin Theroux also are slated as featured cast.

The official synopsis for “Beetlejuice Beetlejuice” reads, “After an unexpected family tragedy, three generations of the Deetz family return home to Winter River. Still haunted by Beetlejuice, Lydia’s life is turned upside down when her rebellious teenage daughter, Astrid, discovers the mysterious model of the town in the attic and the portal to the Afterlife is accidentally opened. With trouble brewing in both realms, it’s only a matter of time until someone says Beetlejuice’s name three times and the mischievous demon returns to unleash his very own brand of mayhem.”

“Beetlejuice Beetlejuice” comes to theaters and IMAX on September 6, 2024.
