Hardcore Beyoncé fans know they have to stay on their toes when dealing with an artist like her. Ever since she revealed her 2022 Renaissance album to be Act I of III, the Beyhive have been anxiously waiting and speculating on what the next eras will be. On Sunday, February 11 during Super Bowl LVIII, Bey starred in a Verizon commercial trying to break the internet again in the “Can’t B Broken” spot with Tony Hale. She did indeed break the internet when during the final moments of the spot she exclaimed “drop the new music.”

Fans, myself included, rushed to streaming platforms searching for new music from Beyoncé. In a matter of minutes, it was revealed that Act II would not only come out this year but at the end of March which is very soon.

Bey also dropped two new singles called “Texas Hold ‘Em” and “16 Carriages” along with visualizer components highly confirming the new era of music will be country-influenced.
