Not even your childhood imagination is safe in the upcoming Blumhouse horror tale. “Are they really figments of childhood imagination or is something more terrifying lying just beneath?,” asks the upcoming horror flick “Imaginary.”
Directed by Jeff Wadlow and written by Wadlow, Greg Erb, Bryce McGuire, and Jason Oremland, “Imaginary follows Jessica (DeWanda Wise) moving back into her childhood home with her family. Her youngest stepdaughter Alice (Pyper Braun) develops an eerie attachment to a stuffed bear named Chauncey she finds in the basement and starts playing games with the creepy bear that starts off innocent but becomes more sinister.
Tom Payne, Betty Buckley, Dane DiLiegro, Veronica Falcón, Matthew Sato, and Taegen Burns make up the ensemble cast.
“Imaginary” comes to theaters on March 8, 2024.
