Sydney Sweeney and Glen Powell Play A Fake Couple in ‘Anyone But You’ Official Teaser

You may have seen the behind-the-scenes videos and photos or you may have heard the cheating rumors. All of that could have been a genius publicity ploy for audiences to be interested in seeing the upcoming rom-com “Anyone But You” starring Sydney Sweeney and Glen Powell, but after the release of the lackluster official teaser trailer, any hype sizzled out.

Directed by Will Gluck with story by Ilana Wolpert and screenplay by Ilana Wolpert and Will Gluck, Bea (Sweeney) and Ben (Powell) had an amazing first date but the attraction turned cold after an unknown event. Unexpectedly they find themselves at a destination wedding in Australia when they decide to pretend to be a couple.

Alexandra Shipp, GaTa, Hadley Robinson, Michelle Hurd, Dermot Mulroney, Darren Barnet, and Rachel Griffiths make up the ensemble cast. “Anyone But You” comes to theaters on December 22, 2023.
