‘RENAISSANCE: A FILM BY BEYONCÉ’ Coming to Theaters December 1 – Watch The Trailer

The rumors are true and the Renaissance is coming to a theater near you.

Following the conclusion of Beyoncé‘s Renaissance World Tour, which wrapped on Sunday, October 1 in Kansas City, the 42-year-old global superstar announced a film that will show the journey of creating her recent album and the concept for the tour.

“Renaissance: A Film By Beyoncé” is the official title of the upcoming music film. The official synopsis reads, ” RENAISSANCE: A FILM BY BEYONCÉ accentuates the journey of RENAISSANCE WORLD TOUR, from its inception, to the opening in Stockholm, Sweden, to the finale in Kansas City, Missouri. It is about Beyoncé’s intention, hard work, involvement in every aspect of the production, her creative mind and purpose to create her legacy, and master her craft. Received with extraordinary acclaim, Beyoncé’s RENAISSANCE WORLD TOUR created a sanctuary for freedom, and shared joy, for more than 2.7 million fans.”

The trailer shows clips from the tour along with behind-the-scenes clips of Bey with her children and preparing for the stage. “Renaissance: A Film By Beyoncé” comes to theaters on Friday, December 1. Tickets are available now.
