My favorite time of the year is here! It’s October and that means it’s the start of Spooky Season. I watch Horror movies all year long, but it hits differently during Spooky Season. Many films I haven’t seen in a long time show up on streaming and many new TV shows and films are released in theaters and on streaming services this month.
Many of my recommendations on my watch list this month you can watch from home and they are spooky related. Goosebumps is getting yet another revamp in an updated series coming to Hulu & Disney+ this month. Viewers beware, the show is promising to bring some intense scares. The Horror king of Netflix aka Mike Flanagan is bringing a new TV series to the streamer and I’m ready to have nightmares with his The Fall of the House of Usher show.
In non-spooky news, the steamy thriller “Fair Play,” the crime drama “Pain Hustlers,” and the comedy-drama Everything Now all come to Netflix in October. Whew, I have a lot of watching to do this month, what about you?
Keep in mind these are the projects I have MY eye on, so they might not fall in line with yours, but that’s what the comments are for. I’m showing you mine, so show me yours. After checking out my list below share what TV shows and films you’re most excited to watch this October in the comments.
