‘Upload’ Season 3 Has Two Nathan’s On the Loose [Official Trailer]

Prime Video’s #1 comedy is returning for a third season and if you’re at a loss on what I’m referring to allow me to tell you why you should be watching Upload. 

Created by Greg Daniels, Upload premiered in May 2020 and is a Sci-fi comedy set in the afterlife and reality. In Upload, there’s a technology that allows people to upload their consciousness to a virtual world upon their demise. The rich can afford a more lavish afterworld filled with anything they could possibly imagine with loved ones able to visit while those not so fortunate have limited resources.

Robbie Amell stars in the show as Nathan Brown, who gets uploaded in season one, and Andy Allo plays Nora, his assigned customer service rep who is alive and well. The pair end up falling in love but not without a major conspiracy about the nature of Nathan’s death and the company responsible for the virtual afterlife.

In season 3, “the recently downloaded Nathan and Nora start an IRL relationship while taking down Freeyond. Meanwhile, a digital copy of Nathan is brought to life in Lakeview where he explores an alternate path with Ingrid. Aleesha is promoted to manager and has a new workplace love interest, and a lonely Luke looks for work in the Grey Zone.”

Zainab Johnson, Kevin Bigley, Owen Daniels, Allegra Edwards, Josh Banday, Mackenzie Cardwell, Chloe Coleman, Jessica Tuck, Andrea Rosen, and William B. Davis are set to appear in the new season.

Upload season 3 premieres Monday, October 20 on Prime Video.
