Chucky is taking his terrors to a new city and Washington, D.C. is about to get “Chucked up!”
In a press conference, the infamous killer doll (voiced by Brad Dourif) announced to us “dipshits” that season 3 of the hit horror series would return on Wednesday, October 4 on SYFY and USA Network. And since the show has gotten so big Peacock has now partnered with the show to stream new episodes the next day after they air.
Fans can also get special updates and communicate with Chucky by texting 201-500-3347. (Standard message rates apply) I’ve texted the number and it’s pretty comical. Chucky also answered a few questions from the “press” concerning returning characters like Devon Sawa and Jennifer Tilly, what the new season would be about, and the influx of doll movies.
The Chucky TV series is “a continuation of the iconic film franchise chronicling the murderous escapades of the notorious killer doll. In the TV series, Chucky crosses paths with archenemies, old allies and new prey, as he seeks to inspire fear and mayhem wherever he goes.”
Zackary Arthur, Bjorgvin Arnarson, Alyvia Alyn Lind, Jennifer Tilly, Devon Sawa, Fiona Dourif, Alex Vincent, and Christine Elise have been key characters in the show so far and I’m hoping to see them all return in the new season.
Season 3 of Chucky premieres just in time for Spooky Season on Wednesday, October 4 on SYFY and USA Network and is available the next day on Peacock. Season 2 of Chucky will be available to stream on Peacock on September 4.
