An Adult Fairy Tale Turns Into A Nightmare in Apple TV+’s ‘The Changeling’ Starring LaKeith Stanfield

If you need a streaming service with a unique and compelling roster of content then look no further than Apple TV+. There are many films and TV shows premiering this fall and after watching The Changeling official trailer I know this is a show to add to my watch list.

Created by Kelly Marcel and based on the acclaimed bestselling book of the same name by Victor LaValle, The Changeling is a “fairytale for grown-ups” that begins in a library in Queens where Emmy (Clark Backo) and Apollo (LaKeith Stanfield) meet.

Three wishes change everything and the fairy tale turns into a horror story when Apollo has to search for his missing son and wife in an alternate New York City. Adina Porter, Samuel T. Herring, Alexis Louder, Jared Abrahamson, and special guest star Malcolm Barrett appear in the series.

The first three episodes of The Changeling premiere on Friday, September 8 on Apple TV+. New episodes air every Friday through October 13.
