In the past Black people have been the center of many experiments and in the Netflix film “They Cloned Tyrone” the community is fighting back in the most hilarious way.

Written by Tony Rettenmaier and Juel Taylor, and directed by Taylor, “They Cloned Tyrone” follows hustler Fontaine (John Boyega), pimp Slick Charles (Jamie Foxx), and pro Yo-Yo (Teyonah Parris) as they form an unlikely trio when a “series of eerie events” force them to lead the takedown of a nefarious government conspiracy.

The official trailer teases how the infiltration sparked, how Black people react to the cloning, and what they’re willing to do to stop the experiments. Kiefer Sutherland, David Alan Grier, Tyler Antonius, J. Alphonse Nicholson, James Moses Black, and Joshua Mikel make up the ensemble cast.

“They Cloned Tyrone” streams on Netflix on July 21.
