The ‘Poker Face’ Official Trailer Teases Why Charlie Cale Is Solving Mysteries Cross Country

From Rian Johnson (“Knives Out” franchise, “Looper”) comes a 10-part mystery series called Poker Face starring Natasha Lyonne as Charlie Cale, a woman with “an extraordinary ability to determine when someone is lying.” In each episode, Charlie travels across the country in her Plymouth Barracuda encountering a new cast of characters with a new strange crime she has to solve. In the Poker Face official trailer Charlie appears to be on the run after a gambling incident goes sour. While trying to avoid the people after here, Charlie stumbles on interesting cases that she can’t help but get involved with due to her special ability. If the premise of this show doesn’t sell you then maybe the cast will.

Nick Nolte, Joseph Gordon-Levitt, Adrien Brody, Ron Perlman, Brandon Micheal Hall, Megan Suri, Colton Ryan, Stephanie Hsu, Tim Blake Nelson, Benjamin Bratt, Lil Rel Howery, S. Epatha Merkerson, David Castañeda, Niall Cunningham, Chloë Sevigny, Ellen Barkin, Jameela Jamil, Tim Meadows, Judith Light, Clea DuVall, Simon Helberg, Rowan Blanchard, Rhea Perlman, and Dascha Polanco are all featured in Poker Face, coming to Peacock on Thursday, January 26.
