Kenan and Kel Reunite On ‘SNL’ In Spoof Reboot Of Their 90’s Nick Series

If you’re a 90’s Nick kid then you know all about the 1996-2000 series Kenan & Kel starring Kenan Thompson and Kel Mitchell. The show followed two best friends living in Chicago who always ended up in hilarious situations when Kenan suggested a get-rich-quick scheme and Kel found a way to implode them all; oh and he loved orange soda.

During this weekend’s Saturday Night Live episode host Keke Palmer pitched a Kenan & Kel reboot to SNL cast member Kenan Thompson. In the new series, Kenan reprises his role and Keke plays the new character Kelly with a very dramatic dynamic to the series. The clip was made even better when Kel appeared and went straight for the orange soda.
