Will Ferrell and Ryan Reynolds Bring Music To A Christmas Carol in Apple TV+ ‘Spirited’

I never realized how much of a similar comedic cadence Will Ferrell and Ryan Reynolds have until I saw them interacting while making their upcoming holiday flick for Apple TV+. With the official teaser for “Spirited” released, I know now I needed a Will Ferrell and Ryan Reynolds movie like yesterday!

Based on Charles Dickens’ 1843 novella A Christmas Carol, “Spirited” will be a musical version of the tale of Ebeneezer Scrooge, a cold-hearted misanthrope who hates Christmas and gets visited by spirits throughout the night that eventually changes his perspective on life. Reynolds plays Ebeneezer Scrooge, Ferrell plays Present, and Octavia Spencer is featured in the teaser but her character is unknown at the moment.

“Spirited” is in theaters on November 11 and streams on November 18 on Apple TV+.
