No one is safe in the upcoming horror mini series Devil in Ohio, coming to Netflix next month.
Adapted from Daria Polatin’s best-selling book inspired by a true story, Devil in Ohio stars Emily Deschanel and Madeleine Arthur. Deschanel plays hospital psychiatrist Dr. Suzanne Mathis who finds and shelters a mysterious cult escapee named Mae (Arthur). Dr. Mathis’ “world is turned upside down as the strange girl’s arrival threatens to tear her own family apart.” The show is slated to be a “thrilling, shocking tale of demonic mayhem and mystery in the heart of small-town America.” The trailer has me intrigued enough to give this series a try.
Stacey Farber, Alisha Newton, Sam Jaeger, Tahmoh Penikett, Keenan Tracey, Samantha Ferris, Gerardo Celasco, Marci T. House, Bradley Stryker, Ty Wood, Djouliet Amara, Naomi Tan, Xaria Dotson, Evan Ellison, Jason Sakaki, and Eva Bourne all are slated to appear in Devil in Ohio streaming on Netflix Friday, September 2.
