First Look: ‘Glass Onion: A Knives Out Mystery’ Gets A Release Date On Netflix

The next installment to Rian Johnson’s written/directed wildly successful “Knives Out” film is coming out at the end of the year, but this isn’t a sequel per se if that’s what you’re thinking it’s more of a continuation. The plot for “Glass Onion: A Knives Out Mystery” has been kept under wraps until now. A first look at the upcoming film and a release date was shared via social media.

“Glass Onion: A Knives Out Mystery” is set to “follow a tech billionaire (Edward Norton) who invites his nearest and dearest for a getaway on his private Greek island, but then someone turns up dead.” Daniel Craig will be reprising his role as Benoit Blanc from “Knives Out” and a brand new cast will join him. Janelle Monáe, Kathryn Hahn, Leslie Odom Jr, Jessica Henwick, Madelyn Cline, Kate Hudson, Dave Bautista, and Ethan Hawke are all slated to appear in “Glass Onion: A Knives Out Mystery” debuting on Netflix on Friday, December 23, 2022.
